An Eligible Employee is much like the eligible person with the only difference being that instead of meeting the eligibility requirements for a personal health insurance plan, they meet all eligibility requirements for a group insurance plan offered by an employer.

The employer pays for the Employee Benefit Plan in full or in part. Next is the Employee Certificate of Insurance which is like a receipt for the employee to prove that he or she is in fact covered by the group insurance plan offered by their employer. It has a brief summary of the benefits provided by the plan and is provided to the employee rather than the actual policy. Now we will cover the Employee and Employer Contribution.
